Affordable Representation

We can accommodate most financial circumstances. We intentionally offer below-market rates with the belief that quality legal representation should be available and accessible to everyone. Attorneys in New Hampshire generally charge anywhere from $125 - $500 per hour. According to Clio, the average for criminal law is $218 per hour in New Hampshire. Cahalin Law's hourly rate starts under $200! Affordable representation means lower hourly rates and FLEXIBILITY.

As a virtual law firm, we save overhead costs that brick-and-mortar firms often pass onto their clients. We can charge you less because we save money.
